Whole Egg 300g
Vegetable Oil 150g
- All in method with paddle attachment.
- Beat all the ingredients at slow speed for 1 min.
- Then shift to medium speed and continue mixing for minutes.
- Fill batter into 8 inch baking tin and bake at 160°C for about 1.5 hour. Baking conditions vary depending on batter scaling weight and oven characteristics.
