Whole Egg 300g
Vegetable Oil 150g
- All in method with paddle attachment.
- Beat all the ingredients at slow speed for 1 min.
- Then shift to medium speed and continue mixing for 2 minutes.
- Fill batter into muffin cups (70g).
- Bake at 190°C for about 20 minutes. Baking conditions vary depending on batter scaling weight and oven characteristics.
*Recipe makes about 15 pieces of muffins (70g batter).
