Water / Milk 135g
Corn Oil 135g
- Using whisk, mix Group 1 at slow speed for 1 minute, and then continue mixing for 9 minutes at high speed.
- Blend in corn oil at low speed for 1 minute and pour batter into desired baking pan / mould.
- Bake at 200˚C (top heat) and 175˚C (bottom heat)for 12-15 minutes.
