Ingredients Weight

Group 1

Egg 530g

Water / Milk 135g

Mauri Pinnacle Sponge Mix 500g

Mauri Wholemeal Mix 50g

Group 2

Corn Oil 135g

Product Method:

  1. Using whisk, mix Group 1 at slow speed for 1 minute, and then continue mixing for 9 minutes at high speed.
  2. Blend in corn oil at low speed for 1 minute and pour batter into desired baking pan / mould.
  3. Bake at 200˚C (top heat) and 175˚C (bottom heat)for 12-15 minutes.
