Mauri Red Velvet Cake Mix 500g

Whole Egg 300g

Vegetable Oil 150g

Water 150g

Product Method:

  1. All in method with paddle attachment.
  2. Beat all the ingredients at slow speed for 1 min.
  3. Then shift to medium speed and continue mixing for 2 minutes.
  4. Fill batter into muffin cups (70g).
  5. Bake at 190°C for about 20 minutes. Baking conditions vary depending on batter scaling weight and oven characteristics.
  6. *Recipe makes about 15 pieces of muffins (70g batter).
